Why are some disc a blue/green colour underneath and others silver? ...read answer
In the past, if a CD-R had a blue/green underside, or a DVD-R had a purple underside it generally meant it had been duplicated by 'burning' the discs. If the discs had a silver underside, this meant they were 'stamped' copies that had been 'replicated'. Confusingly, there are now CD-Rs that have a silver underside too! But the reliability of the disc is the most important thing. We can advise you on the most appropriate brand for your product.
